The asana (physical postures & movement) segments of the agenda are appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioner, who must be always mindful to the care & safety of their own body. Listening to the body is the important work and necessary commitment of the practitioner. Feeling free to modify, rest or bypass certain postures or movements is always available.

The Gentle Yoga session will allow you to gently awaken your body in preparation for the 108 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations).

108 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) will be divided into 9 segments, making natural divisions to rest or bow out as needed. Of course resting or bowing out are welcome at any time. Southeast Wisconsin is fortunate to have many inspired and inspiring yoga instructors. This year's Global Mala will be led, as in the past, by a diverse mix of several experienced teachers.
